Buyer will have have 72 hours to have
kitten veterinarian checked, if there are any medical problems with the kitten
buyer must submit a signed legal receipt from veterinarian within 24 hours of
checkup. Fax to joeaton@bellsouth.net. Buyer will be given a replacement kitten
of buyer’s choice from kittens available or next litter/litters. Buyer will be
responsible for shipment/delivery back to seller. Purchaser will have 3 days to
return the kitten(s) to JosiesMunchkins. JosiesMunchkins will have first vaccinations
for kittens, and Veterinarian checked before leaving JosiesMunchkins cattery.
JosiesMunchkins will give the blue slip for TICA registration for the kitten to
buyer after the kitten has been neutered/spayed at the age of six months, if buyer
does not fulfill agreement, buyer will be billed the remaining balance for kitten
as a breeder. The amount that will be billed will be $500.00 dollars that will
be filed at Lincoln county Tennessee courthouse. The blue slip will state not
for show /not for breeding, pet only. The kitten will remain at JosiesMunchkins
cattery until 12 weeks unless otherwise stated.
JosiesMunchkins must agree to the sale of the cat to another buyer. JosiesMunchkins has the right to decline the sale of the cat being purchased.

For all claims, purchaser must furnish a written statement from a veterinarian stating diagnosis and will be subject to verification by my veterinarian. I have read, and understand and accept the terms of this document. Any changes to the warranties listed above must be written on this sales contract and signed by JosiesMunchkins.
